features NEW entertainment that is so cool, so fun for the whole family!

(Cleveland, OH) I-X Indoor Amusement Park presented by Marc’s returns to the I-X Center in Cleveland, Ohio March 25 – April 17, 2016. This annual springtime event offers a full day of smiles, thrills and family fun, all at a budget-friendly price!

I-X Indoor Amusement Park presented by Marc’s is one of the best entertainment values around. It is jam-packed with over twenty acres of rides, games, food and attractions all under one roof with FUN for the whole family. Opening day is March 25 and the fun doesn’t end until April 17, so it’s the best way to spend spring break. The park is closed for selected days (April 4,5,6,11,12, & 13). There’s no better time to blow off some steam, get the kids out of the house, enjoy a funnel cake and make some great memories!
“We are excited to unveil the all-new version of Beach Street with themed entertainment featuring sea lions, acrobats, magicians and more! It really brings that Spring Break taste and feel home to Cleveland,” said Rob Attewell, Show Manager. “We’re also bringing back the Zuzu Acrobats to present a high energy act that features a blend of fast pyramid building, limbo, contortion, hoop diving, tumbling and more. Group members have amazed audiences at such venues as the Super Bowl, Disney World, NBC TV’s “America’s Got Talent,” “Late Night with David Letterman” and even performed at the White House.”
Family entertainment is a huge part of the Indoor Amusement Park. Fun seekers will not want to miss the wildly popular Sea Lion Splash Show. These intelligent playful sea mammals will be performing as part of the daily entertainment line-up on Beach Street. Roberto the Magnificent brings his comedy stunt show back with more animation and skill than ever before! Watch as he juggles, balances, and performs jaw-dropping tricks while joking and interacting with the audience. New to Beach Street this year is strolling comedian Bill Robison who has charmed audiences young and old around the world with his unique and masterful style of physical comedy. The I-X Center is filled with over 20 acres of rides that will whirl and twirl patrons big and small, from the biggest daredevils to pint-sized riders!
Mountain Dew Thrill City brings on the speed with rides that flip, rotate, drop, spin, and fly. Fan favorite Crazy Mouse Spinning Roller Coaster is back adding more high-powered fun as it dazzles the daring with non-stop spinning cars and unexpected speed. Freakout swings riders up to 70 feet high and guarantees to churn out the screams. Vertigo may look like just another swing ride, but don’t be fooled – this one takes you a good 75 feet in the air! Want to get a good scream out of your friends? Climb up into the classic Zipper and flip around as you rotate through the air!
Take to the air on the Soaring Eagle Zipline, which takes a pair of riders almost 70 feet high above the I-X Center floor. You can’t beat the view and the ride is included with the price of admission.
Kidzville is a dedicated children’s area that features over 25 rides and a petting zoo perfect for kids. Moms and Dads will find they can join in on some of the traditional rides too, including the State Fair Slide, Dizzy Dragons, Merry-Go-Round, I-X Center Ferris Wheel and many more.
The 3D Mystery Manor offers an exciting experience that kids of all ages will enjoy (a nominal fee is required for children, but parents are always free!). The whole family can explore the nooks and crannies and the dizzying fun in the 3D Vortex Tunnel.
Beach Street Sand Sculpture Demos – See world renown sand sculpture artist Carl Jara create a special Beach Street sand sculpture. Jara will be demonstrating and sharing his techniques March 25th – April 3rd.

NEW – The Xpogo Stunt Team is the world’s best extreme pogo demo crew, featuring Championship Pro Athletes flying over 10 Feet in the air on extreme pogo sticks throwing down flips and incredible tricks. With 13 Guinness World records, Xpogo Stunt Team has thrilled and amazed fan worldwide and will be featured on the Arena Stage March 30th – April 3rd.
World Record Challenge – Knyce, WENZ FM’s afternoon drive radio host, will be attempting to break a World Record with a marathon ride on the Ferris wheel. The record attempt, which will begin on Friday, April 1st, will benefit the local Boys & Girls Club of Cleveland. Amusement Park guests will have the opportunity to participate in the world record challenge by riding with Knyce while helping to support the Boys & Girls Club of Cleveland.
On Sunday, April 10th, the North Coast Cheer Championships will take place with teams from all over the Midwest in a variety of age groups. The competition is a fun year-end event for cheer teams to come out, compete and enjoy all the fun the park has to offer. Awards, special guest judges and one-of-a-kind atmosphere will make this event a memorable experience.
NEW – Cirque Extreme Stunt Show to debut at the Indoor Amusement Park April 14th – 17th on the Arena Stage. The legendary Nerveless Nocks All-American classic thrill and stunt show family presents a daredevil acrobatic show featuring the Globe of Thunder, Space Wheel, Aerial Fabric and Aerial Lira Trapeze Show.
